Gentle renovation and energy-efficient refurbishment

This project focused on treating the existing building with respect. The building stock from the 1960s was preserved and carefully developed, while energy-efficient refurbishment brought the building into the modern era.
The existing kitchen was carefully renovated, thus gently preserving the character of the house. New furniture and upholstery complement the existing features in a restrained manner and blend in with the existing structure.
The result is a contemporary living and working atmosphere that preserves the character of the house, respects its history and at the same time meets today's requirements for comfort and sustainability.
